Ha!
No one makes a rookie mistake.
I have to use scientific notation to keep track of mine.

Welcome to the forums, Gary. Keep posting I have been on the wrong thread before too. I am guessing we all have at one time or another. Glad to see those plants. New to me.

I had a bloom today on Mighty Goliath. Bless its heart it was only planted a few weeks ago and the bloom is huge on cut back foliage. I can tell it is going to be a nice one, hopefully.

Since I'm hybridizing I'm looking at my favorites from that perspective. The ones that have given me things I like are:

HUMUNGOUSAUR
LARRY'S TWILIGHT BITE
SQUIRRELLY
STOP THE CAR
STRAWBERRY LEMONADE
WAR HORSE

and the best one is this tet seedling:

Wow, that is my kind of plant, love the look, and the branching looks great, daylily99
I have Heavenly Angel Ice for several years. I like the flowers, but have to say not that impressed with performance. Still a modest clump after 8 years, not a lot of blooms. I have had Navajo pony 4 years now, divided it twice to share with very good friends, and moved it once, so I am sure it will do better if I just left it alone. Despite sharing twice, it is up to 5 fans, quite a few buds, and had 2 rebloom scapes this year despite a dry season. I have Get R Done, which has not increased from 2 fans in 2 years, and few blooms. I also have Heavenly United we Stand last fall and Exotice Starfish this spring, too new to say much but both are doing better than I would have expected

Wow, Frank that is quite a few!
H. United We Stand, and White Eyes Pink Dragon are blooming now. I like to have a few late for color. After the Bite was done last week. One I had forgotten that I added this Spring is Pixie Dragon. It didn't bloom but maybe next year it will.

They are all relatively new additions, so I can not name any favorites yet.

I am new to daylilies, really. But I did just plant Megatron with high hopes of big flowers (10.5"). I was on the website of Gossard ( heavenlygardens.com : I assume it is Gossard going by the email address contact), and I adore so many there. However, ordering is an utter joke. There does not appear to be any online ordering that I can see. Just primitive 'Ye Olde' 20th century ordering using checks (do people still use those?), or faxes, or manual-entry of credit card details into an unsecure email (which no card company allows thesedays, anyway). Gossard must be losing thousands and thousands of dollars from people like me who will only use 21st century secure ordering methods. I have to go to secondary vendors to get the Gossards I want (and I must admit, they seem to be massively cheaper, too). And that makes me feel a little bad as one would want the creator to profit from the creations.

I don't usually order online, so don't know all the details, but I checked out Heavenly Gardens site and it says they accept PayPal. On the 'Help and Support' tab, it says "Send Payment" and that is where you would select PayPal. It does seem like the "Send Payment" tab is in the wrong spot because I wouldn't have thought it would be in 'Help and Support'.

Yes, I agree. It appears that you have to download an order form and mail it in. They seem to accept Palpal, but I am not sure how that works. I have 19 of Gossards intros. I have not purchased any from heavenly gardens.

I am not sure how many I have now but should really count. I love the majority of his plants! They do well in my zone 6 garden. Paypal is the way to go. I know I love to purchase plants with it. I change my mind when I have to send in a check. I had several iris in a cart when I got to the end it was check or credit card only. What did I do? Not order. I also sell online so I like to have the Paypal option while people are wanting to buy before they change their mind.
