I'm in the PNW in Springcolor's area. She's my gardening mentor. Smiling
My snow angel is still happy. I think I've had her about 4 summers. When it started looking poorly this past spring, I divided it to see if I could save it. Now my new ones and the mother plant are thriving. I put the new ones where they get more sun than the mother plant which I left where it was.
Marmalade had lots of rust and looked sad so I separated that and moved the new one to a sunnier place. Now both plants are thriving. I've had Maramalade for 3 or 4 years. I'm wondering if they just get tired after I've had them a few years and just need to be divided.
Creme Brulee and Caramel have never done well for me. I've even tried them in other areas. They just don't thrive like. my others ones do. I still have a small Caramel that barely grew this summer. I don't think separating and dividing them would help plus they've never gotten large enough divide

Welcome! Hi SusanLee, great to have you join us! Sounds like a pretty nice spreadsheet you made for Julia. Thumbs up

My Snow Angel did absolutely great for about 10 years. All of a sudden this year it looked pretty sad. The one I really have trouble growing here is Christa. It just remains this tiny little plant - doesn't grow, doesn't die. Like Bob, Caramel is happy here. Next spring I want to re-do that area of my garden so plan to move many of them around.

Christa does the same for me. It looked so bad this year i'm bringing it into the greenhouse for some TLC. Yesterday I cleaned up the front pots, they look good now for this time of year. Found a few sick plants. I'll take some pictures today the sun is out!! Not sure how long.

Welcome Susan.

Caramel does very well for me too. I am wondering if the cooler weather has something to do with it? I should also try dividing those of mine that don't seem to do well to see if that rejuvinates them.
