I inherited this bush with our new house. It definitely looks like a neglected Rugosa. Am I correct? I has repeat bloomed recently. It has a light but distinct scent. Thanks!
One of the Rugosas, for sure ... ?Maybe R. rugosa rubra? Or another Rugosa . . . I can't grow them here in Alkaline Land, but I love them when I visit the PNW.
