I have this Chrysler Imperial plant, purchased this year.
since the beginning I have the issue with the leaves.
The plant is growing but not well.
Here are pictures of the leaves.
This issue is only with this plant , other plants are ok.

I would expect an insect egg or larva to be inside the crimped spot. Have you looked?
