Where do you like to buy seeds? If tended to get seeds from local big box stores but I've ordered online as well. I might try some new varieties next year so starting my search now. I'll probably get tomatoes, peppers, carrots, beans, lettuce, maybe peas as seeds. I'm going to need new strawberries and I'd like to get 1-2 more dwarf blueberry bushes (might get those local but might buy some cascade type that work in hanging planters). Also interested in other berry type fruits that can grow in zone 5 (I've done ground cherry and might try those again). If there exists a type of summer squash/ zucchini that doesn't take over and can be grown up a trellis I might go for that or a cucumber as well. I'll also need to buy herbs and flowers.

Lots of really great seed vendors for vegetables on line. My number one for ordering is Totally Tomatoes. They have Tomato Seeds but also Peppers and Cucumbers and eggplant.

Pinetree Gardens seeds has a good selection, good service, good price. I buy from them most years. I also used Rareseeds aka Baker Creek last year, their site has good user reviews. Have also bought some just from seed rack in local store but they aren't cheap anymore. Online sources even with some shipping I feel are competitive and also support you with more info.
Plant it and they will come.

Sadly, two of the three favorites of mine are no longer in business. Tatianna's Tomatobase while extremely good for information has retired from the selling business. Remy Rotella who owned Sample Seeds has tragically passed away at a young age. That leaves Sandhill Preservation and Knapp's Fresh Veggies as my choices.

Several other current seed sellers have been disappointing in either sending out the wrong seeds or other quality problems or extremely high prices. As for some of the more common hybrid varieties I still purchase seeds from the local box stores and take what I get.
