Noticed my Aquamarine is one of the first to brown out, even though it's putting out numerous flower stalks.

It gets filtered early morning sun, and afternoon sun. Curious if anyone else has had the browning issue.

It did that the first year I had it, went brown so much faster then the others I thought I lost it. The past 2 years it seems to be fine, I have many others starting before it. I will have to look but I do not think it flowered this year.

I took a look this morning before work it does have a lot of holes in it but not browning. And it was flowering. While I was looking I heard the dog start barking and when I look up there is a bear on the other side of fence looking at me. He took off when my dog came to me.

My first one to go is always Black Beauty. I don't remember ever seeing it bloom.

Bob,

I'm not sure if I'd go back outside if I saw a bear looking at me through the fence Blinking Blinking Blinking

Kind of use to them around here, years ago there used to be one that leaned on the fence and watch me mow the lawn. Saw him on many Sat. that Summer and kind of missed him when he did not show up.
