I never crossed anything, but at my daylily society meeting another hybridizer brought dozens of packages of seeds of Rose F Kennedy crossed by unknown. He had lost tags of what the other parent was. I think that means it is pod fertile and must be very easy to work with because he gave away about 15 little bags of seeds. I got 7 of them. Lovey dubby These will be my first seeds to grow.

The son of this man was 11 years old and makes his own crosses...it was amusing when the son, who was presenting his crosses, said "My Dad crosses everything with Rose F Kennedy...and the father nodded yes...and everybody laughed.

There has been plenty of seeds sold on the auction with RFK as the pod parent so it must be pretty easy. Mine was new this year so I only set a couple on it and didn't try anymore.
