Mysterious plant in the Plant ID forum - Garden.org

I got this plant without a name and it is not doing well. I don't know if it needs more light, different soil, etc. If anyone could help identifying it, so that I could take better care of it, it would be greatly appreciated. Many thanks!

It's a variety of Arrowhead Plant (Syngonium podophyllum)
