I have been the proud owner of streps for about one year now and I am pleased to tell you I sold one of my first babies on eBay. Here are the babies from Spin Art.

Congrats JB. I have flower buds on both of my first two Streps so I should have a bloom or two to show in the next few weeks. I also bought my first ever AV's. They are growing well but no flowers yet. I'm patient.

Spent the morning cutting and planting strep leaves. Hopefully in a month I will see the fruits of my labor. I did 6 different ones and got about 36 pots. I love doing that. Especially if they grow.

Shipped out my first orders of streps sold on eBay. Praying the weather holds up until they arrive and all is well. I was so surprised today to see my new plant 'Indi' opening. Another day and she will be open the whole way. There is another bud very tight on her also. How exciting is this.

JB that is exciting - both your sale and your bloom!!! What a pretty plant! I moved mine outdoors and one just went wild with blooms but its a smaller bloomed plant, so I keep forgetting to take photos!

I am so addicted to these plants now I can hardly contain myself. I want to buy every one I see and I just must make room in the greenhouse before I can even think about it. I am not sure they will be happy in the GH because the temp is not easily controlled with the crazy weather we are having. It still goes above 100 in there some days if the sun is really hot. That is with the shade cloth and fan on also. I keep them in the house now.

Wel,l one of my 2 baby streps that I got a couple of months ago is in bud and ready to bloom. Photos to follow. This will be my first ever Strep bloom.

Dave, please send pictures. I am amazed that they bloom so early and just keep on going. They remind me of the little pink bunny that advertises the batteries.

Can't wait to see! I keep looking out at my streps outdoors, and they never look quite "Bright" enough yet for a photo! I know it'll be later in July when they really start to shine so I'll wait to post a photo!

Well here is a not so good photo of my first ever strep bloom starting to open. Will provide an update with other photos when it opens further and I have better light. This is Neil's Mystic Lake.
