Just curious on what everyone is dreaming about. I don't have a large collection of hosta so many of mine may seem older. I would like to add a few mini and ck out creative ways to display them.

My guess is Undulata Univittata, which for many years was the most frequently planted white centered hosta. Historically popular.....

Rose, that's a nice list. Love the 'Prairie Moon', great color! .. if you don't mind mail order then try http://www.contrarymarysplants... they have it!.. So does http://www.countryboygardens.c... but theirs are real small, I think a one year plant for $6.00.

Ha, what's on my hosta list for 2013? It's to get all the hostas I have sitting around in pots in the ground before I buy any more hosta. LOL

I have seen a pretty upright one with the red stems on the Facebook Hosta page. I cannot remember the name Beet something. Anyone grow it?

That is a pretty one! I like all the white in it. It brighten up a spot. Do you plant coleus with your hosta?

For some reason I never have any luck with coleus. All I have to do is look at it and it dies!

(oh, good morning!) This Hosta looked good all season, got a little morning sun which gave it the light color.

I don't have but a few trees, so I am trying to find more sun tolerant ones. Thanks for the link to Hallson.

Hostas Direct has a database and you can pull up plants by characteristics. They have 380 under sun tolerant.
