I have never grown fuchsia from seed. I've had a few hanging baskets in the past bought at Lowes...which sadly I've managed to kill. Anyway, my neighbor gave me some seeds she bought on line...from where I don't remember. She also gave me ornamental pepper seeds...those have got peppers on them but they sure don't look like ornamentals to me. So I'm wondering if in fact these are fuchsia seedlings
