@dave, please attend to this immediately! This has gotten out of hand. This person is sending me tree Mail after tree Mail! This needs to be stopped NOW!

We have the ignore list feature for this very reason.

People on that list can't tree mail you, and you will not see their posts in the forums.

Thanks so much for the information. Dave, I will do this. But my concern is still that why is this person allowed to continue to harass, belittle and bully members online? She has done nothing but this unacceptable behavior since she joined. She contributes nothing to this site. I'm sure you have a policy concerning these types of situations. I'm wondering just how many new members have quit participating because of her hateful comments.

We generally don't manually intervene like this, but we have software to help resolve this kinds of problem.

If enough different people report the posts (clicking the red ! icon) by a specific member, the system will automatically revoke their ability to post in that forum. The person you're talking about has received a few reports here and there but never enough to trigger an automated response.

Ok, thanks so much for that detailed information on site policies. I did put her on my ignore list. I can only hope more people will click the red ! icon on her posts. I think several members, including the member who she ranted and raved about in her most recent post have just chosen to ignore her. Actually that may be the best way to handle her. She needs the attention, and if no one gives it to her and ignores her, she might stop posting such diatribes like she does. I have noticed she does not participate nearly as much in recent threads and posts as she used to . She asks for help then when she gets an answer she goes off on a rampage. If we all ignore her, she doesn't have an audience anymore and she will eventually drop off this site and go somewhere else to get her " jollies".
BTW, you do a masterful job, sure wouldn't want it myself!
