The order from In The Country showed up today which is good since the paper towels were dried out.

Done, running out of room, but I say that every year.

I have several ordered through the Facebook coop, but no guarantees that I'll get them. Walter's Gardens is having issues with supply and demand this year. A friend that orders from them said their last ship date she had was 10/22!

I have been picking things up locally because of two nurseries that have had some interesting selections. In past years, I haven't really found much variety.
'Fire and Ice',

and 'First Frost' which I didn't take a picture of.
I left a few behind including Paisley Print which I may be sorry for, but the markings were stingy.

I love your Fire and Ice Hosta Loretta, my First Frost doesn't look anywhere near yours.

Finally got my order today--we're well behind the USA so still plenty of time to get them situated and settled. I ended up with 15 as I managed to throw in a few more from my original list:

Emerald Ruff Cut
Afterglow
Montana aureomarginata
Foxfire Palm Sunday
Bright Star
Lunar Orbit
Sharp Dressed Man
Lakeside Kaleidoscope
Ripple Effect
Sunny Halcyon
First Love

June (to replace June that didn't make it)
Swirls
One Last Dance
Neptune (to replace Joyride that didn't make it)

I lost 8-9 plants over the winter so finding spots won't be as difficult as I'd originally thought.

They're in good shape and have decent roots so hopefully they get established quickly! Just having some spa time right now

Included is a daylily, astilbe, sedum, echinacea, heuchera, and a Japanese fern

It sounds like the Green Hill coop was a success, so here's what I'm getting from him...

3 Lemon Zinger
3 Great White Whale
3 Lemon Snap
2 Mighty Mouse
3 Out Of The Fog

Not sure if I've already listed the ones from Walter's that we're supposed to get sometime this month? If so... sorry! Here they are again.

Hope Springs Eternal
Party Streamers
Terms of Endearment
5 Time in a Bottle
Sister Act
Twin Cities
Dancing With Dragons
2 Silly Strings

Wow! I just realized I have 27 hosta coming if they're all available!

My order from Plant Delights arrived yesterday. Shipping is expensive but when you see how they are packaged it seems reasonable. Maybe not indestructible but close to it! They are shipped in pots. Most were 6" pots and each had more than one fan in the pot. Some are very full pots. I will get them planted this weekend.

I would think that 6" pots would be a little cashy to ship. The biggest I've ever received was 4" and they took up some room in the box.

Plants Delights do claim they ship bigger plants. I guess that is true.

If something is not up to their expectations, they hold it and grow it on. Ship later at no additional cost. Pricey, but I have always been happy with what I received.

I used to order quite a bit from PD, but the shipping has really got expensive, I always like that they have unusual stuff. Communicated with Tony several times and have always been satisfied with the answers.

You both will have quite a bit of plating to do and some nice selections.
