It resembles Liriope to me, but it's not one I recognize at the same time.

Hardiness seems about right. Never seen these flower before though.

I imagine they did flower, given the berries (they flower and then form berries). They're rather tiny flowers, so you could have missed them. Smiling

Mondo grass (Ophiopogon) is more thinner leaved from what I've seen (I have a few monkey grasses and mondo grasses myself). That's not to say there isn't a cultivar that is thicker leaved, I just don't know of one.
