I got this plant 6 months ago and i thought it was jade but over the time i searched over internet and now i am confused jade leaves should be smooth and mushy but its leaves are thin and have cuts can any one help me what is this plant? And is it growing healthy or i am doing something wrong please guide.

Welcome! I think your plant is some kind of kalanchoe, but I'm uncertain of the particular variety. The give away are the edges of the leaves, and the leaves are a little to flat to be a jade.
