This is an interesting plant. I do not think it is an aloe, though. It looks a little like an ice plant (Aizoaceae) but that's more a vague feeling than anything else. Any more info about the plant, like where it may have come from? Has it been outside or indoors? Are the leaves triangular in cross-section?
