Hello! Ive had this little guy for almost 2 years, this time around it started the produce flowers but they all went droopy before they even bloomed and some of them dried out. Also the leaves on the healthy one are sooo wrinkly and soft.

What am i doing wrong?

There are 4 smaller 'plants' connected to the main one, i wanted to seperate them but im not sure if that is possible since i dont think they have their own root systems. I might repot them collectively depending on the main ones needs and if i could all repot them all individually it would be comfier for them.

But thats for another day! what can i do to save the remaining leaves and future flowers?

I suspect you are overwatering. They soil looks very organic. Are you letting the soil dry completely before you water again?
