That's Miners Lettuce (Claytonia perfoliata)

PS: Your photo is on the immature plant. The second stage is long stems with round leaves on top. Each leaf will get a little white flower in the middle.

I believe that weed is Miner's Lettuce (Claytonia perfoliata) or at least some type of Claytonia. They are edible and quite good in salads, after washing them.

Sumire grows them in her greenhouse because she likes them in salad (and they're really cute!).
