I'm filling out the application to import plants, and they ask for the scientific name of the plants. Would that be iris germanica? Or is that just the older types. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

All those latin species names are confusing to me! Confused . But then I wasn't the best in Latin, in school.I understand the reasoning behind them, even if the meaning sometimes escapes me! Sticking tongue out ..Arlyn

My only experience with latin, was being an alter boy in church. I can still say the latin prayres from memory, but I have no idea what they mean. Blinking
