I'm in Australia so it's at the end of summer and it's been a fairly wet and not that hot one and my euphoria has developed this over the last few weeks. What is it?

I do not recognize this lesion but I am bumping this thread to see if anybody else might know what it is. It does not look like an overwatering issue if I had to guess.

I agree It doesn't look like an overwatering issue. More like the stem was some how broken. The good news is it isn't rotting.

It has grown in size from a small version of it to what you see now, there was no damage to the plant on the outer areas of the wound but I can't speak for the inner
Rotting is really one of the only things I care about because this is one of my favourites

Thank you for your help
