Welcome!

Could you take another closer photo from the side?

Agreed a better closer picture would help, but my first thought when I saw it was Mammillaria geminispina

My thought was Mammillaria Un Pico. How big is the pot?

I've seen it before, I believe it's a Mammarillia, but I don't think it's M. geminispina. Unfortunately, I don't remember which one it is. D'Oh!

To me the plant in the OP does not have hooked spines - but it could be an issue of needing a bigger picture, hooked spines are essential for it to be M. senilis. Both un pico and senilis have distinctly yellow central spines to me the plant in the OP has white central spines. Again a more close up picture should help resolve that.

It may easily not be geminispina - just as a side note the main picture in the DB entry for geminispina is not M. geminispina, actually there are quite a few that would appear not to be what geminispina is supposed to look like.

I was wondering that about M. geminispina. I'm not even sure what one looks like with all the variances (I assume mislabeled cacti). Sighing!
