This garden maiden is 50 YO. My neighbor gave it to me as she couldn't take it to get new home. I've posted a closeup of her head, wondering if there's anything I can do to repair her balding head. I'm assuming rain wore of the concrete texture. Any suggestions??

It's beautiful as is. I think any repairs might damage it. In any case repairing it well would be very hard. Just enjoy it like it is.

I'm with Karen and Vic, too. If it were mine, I'd leave it be. It's very cool the way it is.

It bothers my OCD side but too many people saying the same have convinced me to leave it alone. Thanks, all.

Just embrace the antique look. Over the years it will get even more beautiful. There is real beauty in older things, especially in a garden.

There is a product called Lithomix that comes from Europe. It's used in a number of various masonry repairs. I've used it with pigment to make damaged bricks look whole in a class they once did that I attended. It isn't cheap though so it might be overkill. It's great stuff though.
Always looking for interesting plants for pollinators and food! Bonus points for highly, and pleasantly scented plants.

Thank you for suggestion. I had already put this project in the "leave as is" category, but one day I might mix 1 part yogurt + 2 parts water to create moss on the bald areas. Maybe. Dunno.

I did put yogurt, water and some moss in a blender. After it was blended up I put it on cement blocks and large rocks. If they are in a shaded area the moss did grow well. We have so much sun that it's hard to keep it happy. I love the mossy look!
