I cannot be more precise about the cultivar, but that is a Golden Easter Lily Cactus (Echinopsis aurea).

Echinopsis don't have hooked spines. I would guess its a Parodia of some kind.

It is. Core parodia(not notocactus/eriocactus ) probably microsperma species, or one of the similar ones
