I just got this bamboo last year and everything was doing until just suddenly it's starting to turn yellow. I only water it when it's dry but never change the water. And I decided to keep the rocks in. I don't really know what I didn't wrong because everything was doing great. I do have pots if it needs a bigger a pot but do they??

Its not a bamboo, its a type of Dracaena with the common name Lucky Bamboo. They don't have a long life expectancy in water.
Life is not a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and proclaiming...."WOW What a Ride!!" -Mark Frost

I would take it out of that container and put it into a 4-6" pot with a good potting soil and added perlite, also the pot must have drainage holes, keep the soil moist but NOT wet, also untie it.

It makes one of my favorite potted plant, as it stays narrow and upright, leaves get a little longer, and graceful, and eventually can add new stems from the roots.
