Thread OP

I'm new to the community, and recently got reinvigorated in gardening
I'm not too sure what most of my plants are, mostly flowers veggies and herbs.
I use miracle grow, the stuff you attach to a hose, and that's about it. I want to expand my garden, but until I figure out what's wrong I don't think I want to do anything because I really don't know if it's something that spreads.
If you have any suggestions on what remedies I can use, that'd be great.

It's mechanical damage, meaning "something" damaged those leaves during budbreak or early development. The damage is now merely cosmetic: think of it as scar tissue because that's what it is.
The problem is now finding out what caused that damage: have you got a lot of stink bugs in your area? Perhaps an early hail storm? Strong wind near a sandy site (beach, desert etc)?
I am just another white boy who thinks he can play the Blues.

Thanks for responding, I know we had a mite problem a while back, maybe they came back? I haven't seen the white stuff recently tho. All the plants are in a screened in area in the deep south where there's not even snow, soo I'm sure it's not hail and I don't think it's wind. Thanks again
