That only shows half the clump, it's gotten out of hand, I'll need to reduce that one by a lot. It's growing into it's neighbors. Hilarious!

That is a pretty stunning little iris.

I've had so many new blooms, but have been so busy trying to get ahead of some weeds that I'm way behind in posting. I'll try to catch up, hope it's worth your while. It can sure consume a lot of time on my end.

So many of my darker little ones are not as dark this year, wonder if it's the lack of rain?

That lime grassy plant is a spider wart, this cultivar is called "Sweet Kate". I like the color contrast, but it seeds itself all over and the seedlings are a mixed bag of color, some light like the parent, and some darker green. It is a bit invasive, but I keep it because I like it. Smiling

Catching up on a few pictures. 32 degrees this morning and frost predicted for Friday night, so things may slow down a bit.
Here's Alamo Joe. A good grower and bloomer here.

My cousin in NE Kansas had his first TB open today: Absolute Treasure. His weather is usually a couple days ahead of ours, so I am expecting my own to start opening in 2-3 days. I have, so far, 34 TB cultivars budded on my tiny quarter acre. I am so excited, I can hardly stand it!

How cute. I haven't had any in my garden this year … at least none that I've seen. I miss seeing them.
