I've had this Aeonium for about three years, it hasn't done well but is still alive. I'm ready to get rid of it, but would like to restart the rosettes in small pots to give away. I'm clearly not able to give it the right conditions to thrive. The long, leggy, sideways stems have some adventitious roots, can I take advantage of them when I take cuttings? Please give me some guidance!

Very easy to start Aeonium Kiwi from cuttings.
Forget about the air roots, they are too far away from the head.
I leave about 1 inch of stem below the head to stick into the dirt.
Remove all the leaves that are below the head and just start the tight rosettes.
The new roots will come out of the leaf nodes.
So, the big head will be about 3 inches long and the smaller heads will be 2 inches long.
I do allow one day for the cuttings to heal before I stick them.
Most important is pot size. Keep it small.
The big head could start in a 3 inch pot. 2 inch pots for the small rosettes.
Water after you stick them, then water when dry.
New growth will be obvious and then you can share.
