I have some Alyogyne huegelii (Blue Hibiscus) seeds, which can take months to germinate. I have read that scarifying the seeds can speed up the process, and I've also read that soaking them can accomplish the same.

Should I do both? If so, which should I do first to the seeds, scarification or soaking?

If I should just do one, which should I do?
