I have an odd plant that sprouted near my house. I can't identify it so I don't want to uproot it yet. Keep in mind that I bury all my kitchen fruit and veg peels and often seeds in my yard. I live in the Philippines if that helps identify this odd leafed plant.

The alder is a very similar leaf but I'm in the tropics. Also I don't see another plant or tree around here like this.
