Lynn, Tulips don't grow here but I sure love them! My photo's are from a cut flower bunch that I purchased at the grocery store.

~ Playing in the dirt is my therapy ... and I'm in therapy a lot!

Thanks! There are some gorgeous Tulip photo's in the database ... I wish they did grow here but I don't think they'd much like the heat and humidity.

Some of my species tulip are starting to poke through the soil surface. A promise of the beauty to come.
Sorry you can't grow them in your area. I forgot that tulip need a dormant period.
