I was going to guess one of the several Asimina sp. that grow in Florida - the Pawpaw genus. They have large whitish flowers, but with the typical Pawpaw three-parted character.

Can't tell from that angle and distance...

i can get a better pic tomorrow, but it ddnt appear to be a flower, more like a large seed pod of some kind

im a day late, and it seems the pod looking things have dropped, but i see a fruit of some kind on another, maybe what becomes the pod thing or vice versa ...

My first thought was maybe Lychee (Litchi chinensis) but I don't think that one looks quite right. I'm not real sure what it is.
