I have 13 camellia bushes, none of which I have the names.
Although the two red ones are similar, the flowers are a bit different and come from two different bushes.

I can not tell you the exact names, but here are some links with info that may give you some help.
The first id's form and there is a link "The collection" that describes the Camellia species.
Thanks so much. We inherited this house from my brother and he was an avid record-keeper and if I'm lucky, some day I will find a bill from a nursery for all of the plants and if I'm even luckier, it won't say "13 camellia bushes," rather give me their names.

I will certainly keep my fingers crossed that you find a list or notebook or bill.. such an aggravation trying to figure them all out. At worst you may find the name of the nursery he purchased them from and find it is still in business...

As you can tell by one of the posts Moonhowl provided above, IDing camellias is not easy: http://www.camelliaweb.com/pho...
That's 1 of 11 pages on unidentified camellias and only one website!
Yup, it can be quite a task. There is a "member photo section" that you can go to there, click on a name and see all the camellias they have.....quite a few named pics there too.
