A lovely spread of purple carpeting for the garden; also a very long name for such a tiny bloom.

Dirt! I've been thinking to try this plant for quite a while! What do you think of it? Any tips for growing it? Do you have a full image you can post?

@lauriemorningglory
Laurie it is a great plant!
Sorry for the delay--I have been gone for work and buried in bs--it's blooming now and I should go get another pic, but here's one from last year

I don't think it particularly difficult to grow. I just plunked it in between some rocks in the sun and water it some Hilarious!

@dirtdorphins, @lauriemorningglory, et al

I had a nice volunteer bellflower last year our of nowhere, but haven't seen it this year.
It was about 18" tall, and I let it go to seed in place. Hope to see it again.

But would really like to get seeds of the Dalmatian Bell Flower to put in
nooks & crannies. Smiling

Here are the best sites I found about care & to purchase:

https://www.thespruce.com/how-...

http://www.missouribotanicalga...

https://www.swallowtailgardens...

Best selection but plants only.... no seeds. Pricey.
https://www.bluestoneperennial...
https://www.springhillnursery....

Best selection of seeds, but $10 for 10 seeds? Whoa! Blinking
https://www.etsy.com/search?q=...

Best deal was on Ebay......20 seeds for $8.37 free shipping.
https://www.ebay.com/itm/15437...

Are yours pink & purple??

I can empathize. Glad you were able to dig yourself out. Smiling

If you wanted plants, and had a choice between Bluestone Perennials and Spring Hill...I would rather go with Bluestone. And take the plants out of their coir containers.
