Lynn - I have looked all over for Treebeard. They are out of stock. I always want the things that can't be had. Now I want Lemon Babies and Red Rum. Thanks! LOL.

I agree I know how that goes Lynn! So Clint, do they have to be ones that we have that are available, or just ones that we've seen online? There are some amazing Euro ones that aren't available here in USA - with that said here is my list of ones that I own - photos are from database in no particular order...

I'm only stopping because you said 5...I have several others that I love! (Downland Queen is a large green one, but I think its going to change as the spring begins!)
Thanks for starting this thread Clint, it'll be interesting to see what people write! I tip my hat to you.

Wow. Thanks. I meant the Top 5 that people own. I want the ones that everyone would choose to save if they could only grab 5 before the Tidal Wave or other disaster struck. LOL.

FYI, all of mine are still babies, which is why I used database photos, can't wait for summer and to see how much my semps grow!

Lemon Babies. http://www.edelweissperennials...

I got Lemon Babies in the fall of 2011. Struggled to keep it going. Last fall it finally got a wonderful root system going and is doing great now. It is a slow producer and can be touchy.

Hmm, I don't see any Red Rum for sale. I got it from SMG 2011. I might have some extra of that towards the end of spring. I really thinned the beds out in Nov. Drastically.

They can look so different when the rosette reaches maturity in a year or two. They are so fascinating.

my favorite is Oddity because it is so different from any of the others. And therefore I can ID it 😻 (no idea how to attach a photo from the plant database here)

Are there semp sales that go on thru this group like the iris group has? Or is it all just personal trades etc? The photos from you guys are getting me psyched!

I'm new(ish) here too Patty, so don't know the answer to that question, but its a good one...Lynn just taught Serse and I how to do the photo thing...so from the database click the plant name, then click on any of the photos to see it full page, there is lots of info at the top, one of the lines is the "ATP BB code" highlight the code including parenthesis and "copy" (if on a PC ctrl + C) then go to the thread you want to copy the photo to (like this one) and "paste" (ctrl + v) Here is an example

Lynn gave Serse and I a task of finding our fav semp and copying the photo into this thread...can't wait to see what you choose!! Big Grin

Thanks Greg! (Now it sounds vaguely familiar from the iris site but I have to do things 1,000 times for them to stick!)

So here's one I like a lot from my wish list, but I love most of the webby ones

And the one I like best from my garden is Oddity:

Hurray! It worked!

I added my favorite right now in the first post. LOL. It's the only one I've had for 3 years and it's huge. Do any of you grow Ruby Heart as well? I like the colors of it. My second favorite is a green NOID that grows like a weed. LOL.

WARNING: Pictures of NOIDS Ahead. (I do own these....small, but they are mine.) nodding

Do Not Look if :

- you have allergies to semps without tags,
- have a weakened immune system and can't resist photos of semps in a group,
- if your doctor has advised you to stay indoors with your Haworthias.
