This is a plant I have overwintered in my greenhouse and it is leafing out and looks healthy. But looking at the leaves, many seem to be covered with tiny white protrusions. They aren't fluid filled...can't "pop" them. They don't rub off. There doesn't appear to be anything on the underside of the leaf and there are no bumps there either. This is something I've never seen...any idea what it is?

well, the good news is that it has stopped forming on the leaves. The plant moved out of the greenhouse and got some real air and sun and it seems to be developing normally.
Thank you all for your input and I learned some stuff about "plant edema" I never knew!
