Have you spotted any tine little red spiders and webs. It sure looks like spider mites especially in the heat they will cause a lot of damage . You could spray them with an insecticide to see if that helps. I have the same in my garden and a spray with a hose to blow off the mites when I first spot them keeps them in check. In this case insecticide will do them a lot of good and stop the cycle. Read the directions and directions and follow up in two weeks. Once the mites are eliminated they will recover nicely. What A beautiful wind break or living fence.
