This one was purchased as Myrtillocactus, species that is hard to find in Indonesia

I agree it's not Myrtillocactus, but I'm not sure it's Stenocereus.

I agree that is it not a Myrtillocactus. but other than that it is hard to say. The way it does have a tendency for upwards growth may imply it is a crested Stenocereus, but I am not sure.
