Hello all. My name is Anthony and I think I'm addicted to Daylillies (Group says - "Hello Anthony..."). I went to school at WB Saul Agricultural Sciences in the 90's but didn't have time to work on my front garden untill last August 2020 (Sick leave and Pandemic...). I had 4 Azealeas(?) in the back row but removed 3 of them. Last fall I added a hand full of Ranuculuses(?), Crocuses, Anemones and 6 bare root Raspberry Ruffles Daylillies. This year I first added from Home Depot 6 Asiatic Lillies on the left side. Later I added from Home Depot 2 Big Time Happy Daylillies and 1 Daring Deception Daylily. Then, I went back to Home Depot and bought Stargazers for the left side. I also spread low growing wild flowers(why). To fill in the spaces.
Last month I ordered from oaksdaylillies.com and ordered 2 Lullaby Baby Daylillies. They gave me a bonus random NOID one (that is budding, go figure!) so that's in the center at present. I still have 4 pardon me daylillies on its way for the front from oaksdayllies.com, an Herbgirls Cherry Moonshine from
@Bedmaker for the far right as a counter point for the raspberry ruffles on the far left (removing the bunch of wildflowers currently in that area) AND a Purple De Oro Daylilly (maybe between the NOID and Lullaby Baby to the center right?) coming via Amazon as a young plant. I think I filled evey space I can. Hopeing for an explosion of color next year that will last all growing season. Thank you. Below are pics of my Anemones blooming this past spring, My Asiatic and Oriental Lillies and my current situation. Be gentle haha smh.
