Seed soaked in water in the refrigerator showed no radicle emergence by day 10. I drained the water off, added a bit of moist paper towel to bag and returned to refrigerator. On day 25 the first radicle appeared.

Planted 10 of the previously soaked and chilled seeds in a clear 3L sealed jug with five inches of pre-moistened potting mix covered with an inch of pre-moistened vermiculite.

Single pre-germinated seed planted alone in a separate closed container.

So far, both containers are positioned in a cool, north-facing window.

Single planted sprout showed on 3/18.

First sprout still looks very odd. It looks like big bug antennae. No true leaves yet.
