Pork and beans is just the common name of regular rubrotinctum

The ones of these that I have outside turn red over winter.

Yes, stress is what brings out the red coloration.

I just remembered there's 1 in my profile pic @ the moment.

There are variations of this plant, different size "beans", variegated, mini, but I don't bother trying to remember all of that. When I move pots around, I get too confused.

Rubrotinctum has a few cultivars; here is the ID explanation:
Regular - x rubrotinctum - regular.... just plain.... I guess...
Variegated - x rubrotinctum 'Aurora' - Pink striped variegaton, sometimes with different types of variegation. Usually streaks and sometimes sections.
Mini - x rubrotinctum 'Mini Me' - Just a smaller version of rubrotinctum -- leaf shape is the same.
Mini - x rubrotinctum 'Red Berry' - A newer variety. Another mini version of rubrotinctum, but with round leaves. Leaves, unlike Mini Me, are globular, not long. Forms the cutest blobs I want!! I want! ! !

purpleinop I was searching for Hostas zone 8b because some hostas have just disappeared for some unknown reason and was curious if anyone else experienced that issue. I ran across a post of yours in Daves's Garden dated 2014.

I believe Tacisedum is the new genus name for xGraptosedum. This is getting out of hand, to the point of rendering plant names as useless. Plants now require a historical pamphlet to connect-the-name-dots.
