I believe it is Anagallis foemina
https://www.google.com/search?...

The blue form used to be called Anagallis arvensis ssp. foemina or Anagallis arvensis var. caerulea but they are now synonyms of Anagallis foemina.

I didn't check out name changes Jay, but the Plant List says:

Anagallis foemina ..This name is a synonym of Anagallis arvensis subsp. foemina

http://www.theplantlist.org/tp...

The confidence level has more stars for the synonym! Hilarious!

Hurray! I tip my hat to you. At long last I meet the scarlet pimpernel. Not quite true, meet it twice a year but never new that this is the glamorous scarlet pimpernel.
"In 2007, a molecular phylogenetic study showed that Anagallis foemina is more closely related to Anagallis monelli than to Anagallis arvensis, and should be treated as a separate species". "Anagallis foemina can be distinguished from Anagallis arvensis on the basis of the hairiness and arrangement of the petals and by the length of the flower stalk".
Regards,
Arif.

Itis often says differently to other authorities, in some cases there is real doubt.

I snipped this from the Wiley site which doesn't usually allow a link, I chopped it in two parts and blew it up.
