'Katharine Hodgkin' planted last fall are making their appearance. Good to join our one older one.

That variety spreads nicely here.

I bought some of these and forgot to plant them, they were in the back of the refrigerator.

I'd stick 'em in the ground now! Mother nature might suprise you, she's known to do that !....Arlyn

I really like that light color in mass.

Lovely. Our KH is still in bloom, but not a clump as most of the were first year bulbs.

Our small patch is just breaking ground. But it was under a snow bank until Sunday. Suprisingly, the soil under the snowbank, when it finally melted, is very dry! Still must be lacking in sub-soil moisture, and taking every drop it can get! And the wind howling every day is drying things even more. I hope I can finish tilling my "new" SIB bed area tomorrow( still frost in the ground when I started yesterday!). I'm hoping for a "normal "spring warm-up, 'cause it it turns hot suddenly, all the spring flowers(daffies, tulips, and iris) don't last. With "cooler' weather, the blooms stay at their peak longer....Arlyn

Finally have clumps of Harmony and a few Gordons here in Western Massachusetts. I love my reticulatas!
