Pulled the first 2 varieties of garlic this morning! (chets italian and corsica red)
Really happy with the results. I have 2 other varieties that still seem a bit too green to pull, maybe another week or 2 for those.
Garlic on/in everything!!!! I made a jar of garlic butter and ate some fresh so far, its good!. Just need to make sure I get it dried right to keep well enough to last into the winter.
