Peonies Hummingbirder Houseplants Hostas Keeps Horses Zinnias
They are self seeders. Russell hybrids…I grow from seed good in zones 3-8. Outside in Fl. early spring on a cool patio with a small hose mister on them … I wonder if they could do well on a patio or a area with a micro climate in your garden. Treating them as a annual.

I will be heart broken if I can grow them and they would die. They are absolutely gorgeous!

Totally with you on the thought of loosing plants. Once it gets hot here they begin to get droopy and leaves mildew , usually by mid July . But it's happened much earlier lately. These hybrids get 4-5' tall.

Even summers here zone 8b our heat index has exceeded 110'. No hose misters or micro climates have saved any plants from the extremes due to the climate change lately.

Lupines attract hummers, bees and butterflies .
