LOL! Just got that email! I want to look because I have a $50 gift certificate to use. But I'm still not garden settled at this house and I don't know where I want to put Clematis yet. Except where the trumpet vine was growing and I need to make sure I got that all out before I go and plant clematis there.

No... This was under the FAQ's Thumbs up

How old are the plants when shipped? What size are the plants when shipped?
Our perennials will be 6 to 9 months old. Our shrubs will be 12 to 18 months old. The plants will be fully rooted and leafed out. The plant tops will vary in height by variety, but if they are taller than 6-8" above the pot; we may have to cut them back to fit in our boxes. This does not harm the plant in any way, and actually helps to promote a bushier, fuller plant.

I haven't ordered clematis specifically, but I have ordered often from Bluestone. I have always been happy with their plants. I don't like their new, environmentally friendly coir pots though.

I do like Bluestone also but the coir pots go into the trash. I re-pot right away. I was especially tickled with the end of season sale where I got a few shrubs for half price. Hurray!

They run some good sales. Jennifer and I have gone there at least two times (Jennifer more) when they have their June summer sale. What fun. We went crazy! People are there at daybreak. Hurray! Thumbs up

I agree with the coir pots! TRASH! Thumbs down

I wish they would get the message. I miss the three packs too. We used to order lots and split, one for me, one for Jen, one for Kim(neighbor) Sad .

Great Nursery! I wish I lived closer. I do not think they will get rid of the coir pots because of the EPA, that is what I heard from Michigan Bulb. I had ordered a couple of mini Hosta and they sent dehydrated hosta with micro-tape around the roots. They made coir pots look real good. Whistling
