I just found this ID forum now, so I am going to repost here:

I used to have this palm (or is it something else?) a few years ago and I'd like to know what'sits name.
Unfortunately, when we moved it was very stressed out by the moving and it died shortly after. I was not feeling well at all at that time and couldn't pack my plants properly so all of them died after moving...

Hi Mima, Welcome!

It looks like Dracaena but there's a few cultivars.

Thank you so much for responding! I think that's that, you're right. Too bad it didn't resist the moving process. Crying I think they are very sensitive...

Draceana fragrans. 98% surety that it is Draceana fragrans 'Massangeana'.

Thanks Leftwood. I don't remember what it was since it was a present and I got its name only verbally from the person who gave it to me. From its name, does it mean that it was suppose to have some kind of fragrance?

Not sure. Most likely it refers to the flower fragrance, but it instead might describe the sap or fruit being scented. Incidentally, the Latin epithet does necessarily mean the odor is good ... Whistling (But... if I remember right, it is.) The plant rarely flowers as a houseplant.

It sure looks like Dracaena fragrans 'Massangeana', commonly called "Corn Plant". Although I've never had one bloom, the flowers are supposed to be quite fragrant:

Mass Cane (Dracaena fragrans 'Massangeana')
