Apparently the spider has some issue, it seems easily offended by me taking picture, spreads and rise it legs, trying to express it's anger.

Argiope or Orb weaver spider and the zip line cool spiders. Orb weavers are very docile, non-aggressive spiders that will flee at the first sign of a threat (typically they will run or drop off the web). They are not dangerous to people & pets, and are actually quite beneficial because they will catch and eat a lot of pest-type insects.
This time of year the spiders are out in full force and many trying their best to come inside.. I use peppermint spray around the windows and doors to keep them at bay.
