I just received this avocado tree along with two citrus trees and the leaves aren't looking too good. I don't see any signs of bugs. Anyone know what could be happening and how to fix it?

It looks like physical damage from shipping. There does seem to be a little damage on the upper leaf that could be from a snail, but it's old so not something to worry about.

Mechanical damage from shipping but I would be disappointed in the nursery you ordered from. They didn't do a good job of packing.

It looks like this is getting worse. A couple leaves have fallen off and it seems like some leaves that didn't have anything wrong before are now are looking kind of bad. I haven't seen any bugs or webs or anything like that. Could this be damage from shipping showing up late or is it something I should be concerned about?
The brown patches on those leaves seem to match up with previous damage to the veins, so my suspicion is that it is from the shipping. Did the leaves that fell off have damage on them? Were those leaves the oldest on the plant? Is the plant inside or outside? Other than the shipping damage the plant looks good. A lot of times the time spent in a shipping box will cause the oldest leaves to fall off due to stress of lack of light.

The grow light isn't bright enough to make the avocado happy.

I added an additional grow light over a week ago and the leaves still don't look happy. In fact there are spots on nearly every leaf now. Maybe 2 leaves don't have any. I noticed and got a picture of a tiny fly on a plant next to my avocado plant. Can anyone tell if it's a bug that could do some damage?
