What a simple, but unusual shot for a banner. Shows different stages of flower development, and fine enough to see the fuzz on the surface of the flowers and stems. Maybe even a dandelion seed Smiling stuck on the stem?

yeah, there is always some bit of fluff stuck everywhere it seems Rolling my eyes.
another look

This is one of my most durable penstemons--wish they were all so happy.
It does, however, rampantly seed itself all over the place, such that not every penstemon is sacred. Still, though, there are way worse weeds.
