Thread OP

Got a Monstera Albo Variegata a little over two weeks ago.The whole plant arrived inside a ziplock bag. It had 3 leaves and one was half way gone because it browned. It looks ok so I decided to put it in a 6 in terracotta pot with potting soil mixed with sphagnum moss and perlite. After a week I started to notice the other leaves turning brown so I decided to check the roots and they seemed to be rotting. So I decided to cut most of the roots that were dying out, cleaned the rest of the roots. Dipped the roots and stem in 8oz aprox of filtered water and 1 tablespoon of hydrogen peroxide for a bit. After that i put the plant in perlite only, placed it on top of rocks with rain water and let it get settled. However, its been a week and the plant got worse. Any advice?
